Mo is a ST5 general surgery trainee, focusing on transplant. He is currently out of programme working towards a doctorate degree in Oxford. His research interest is preservation of pancreas and liver grafts prior to transplantation.

He joined the committee to collaborate with peers across the UK to deliver the research started by the previous committee and initiate new avenues of research employing the established national research collaborative.

Many changes and challenges are on the horizon for our clinical and academic speciality, which further engages him to advocate for the future of this society and more globally for trainees in transplant, as well as, benefiting from the social aspect of the society.
