Sam is an MRC Clinical Research Fellow in Newcastle. His research focuses on machine perfusion technologies in Transplantation.

He has a keen interest in clinical research including statistical analysis of UK Transplant Registry data, performing Cochrane reviews, and holds a role as a Cochrane Clinical Answers Associate Editor.

Sam hopes to continue to drive collaborative research through his role on the Herrick society committee.
